By using PDFScan Pro, you agree to these terms and to any updates that are published here in the future.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service or the infrastructure behind it.

• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material you are not authorized to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or plan restrictions.
• Do not resell, automate, or scrape the service in ways that degrade reliability for other users.

3. Limits and billing

Browser-based tools may remain free, while server-backed workflows can carry daily limits on free accounts. Paid access is handled through LemonSqueezy and may renew automatically depending on the plan you choose.

4. Ownership and disclaimers

You keep ownership of your files. The service is provided as-is, and we recommend keeping backup copies before processing important documents.

5. Liability and termination

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PDFScan Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may suspend access if these terms are violated or if the platform is abused.

6. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Questions about billing or legal matters can be sent to legal@pdfscanpro.com.
